975 Settlement ClaimORDINANCE NO.—
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $12000.00 in settlement of
the claim of The Salina eater Works Company.
BE IT ORDAINE'.D by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION I. That there be and is hereby appropriated out of the gen-
eral fund in the city treasury the sum of Twelve thousand Pollars
in full payment of the claim of The Salina Water Works Company for
Hydrant rentals to July Ist.9.D.I898.
SECTION 2. That an order be drawn on the treasury for said sum to
be delivered to said water works company upon its executing a re-
ceipt in full for all hydrant rentals and services prior to July
ISt. I898.
SECTION 3 -This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from . nd
after" its passage.
