SECTION 1.That section No.2 of ordinance No.955,entitled"An Ordi-
na.nce Providing for the Construction of Certain Sidewalk in The
City .of Sal ina,Kansas"be,and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
fx•om and after its publication in The Salina Sun.
