ORDINANCE NO. 2159
(Published in the Salina Daily Union March 1918)
An ordinance prescribing the width of the sidewalks on either side
of Fifth Street in the city of Salina, Kansas, from the
north side of Walnut Street to the south side of Iron Avenue.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That any and all sidewalks hereafter constructed
on either side of Fifth Street in the city of Salina, Kansas, be-
tween the north side of Walnut Street and the south side of Iron
Avenue shall -be built and constructed sixteen (16) feet in width.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed..
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily
Union.
Passed and approved, March 4th, 1918.
