An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the City of Salina, November 18th,
1915; and a record of the vote on its final adoption is found on
Page of Journal No. 8.
City Clerk.
Section 1. That the sum of Ninety -Three and 15%100 Dollars
.($93.15)s be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Gen-
eral Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of
the following claim:
To Pete Ahlstedt, For constructing approaches --------- 93.15
See. 2. That an order be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claim mentioned in' Sect ion One (1) hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of Two Hundred Thirty -Six and 50/100
Dollars, ($236-.50), be and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment
of the following claim:
To Pete Ahlstedt, For constructing sidewalks ---------$236.50
See. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section
Three {3) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the
payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on or be-
fore fifteen ( 15) months after date and bearing no interest.
See. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Ninety Three and 15/100 Dol-
lars (93.15), be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment of the following claim:
To Pete Ahlstedt, For constructing approaches -------$ 93.15
Sec. 2. That an order be dravm on the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One {1) hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of Two Hundred Thirty -Six and 50/100
Dollars, (236.50) be and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment
of the following claim:
To Pete Ahlstedt, For constructing sidewalks -------$236.50
Sec. 4. That .scrip for the amount specified `in Section
Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on
or before fifteen (15) months .after date and bearing no inter-
est
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption.
