1890 Fines374 ORDINANCE NO. 1890. (Published in the Salina Evening Journal September 1915. ) An .ordinance relating to information regarding violation of cer- tain Ordinances, fixing the compensation therefor, and pro- viding for the payment thereof . Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to offer a reward, not exceeding Twenty -Five (25.00) Dollars, in any one case, for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of any person or persons for violation of any of the Criminal Ordin- ances of the City of Salina; that such reward be paid out of the General Fund of said City, as other claims are 'payable. Sec. 2. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its publication once in The Salina Evening Jour- nal. Passed and approved September_20th, 1915. J. E. Pub nam, (SEAL) Mayor.
