An ordinance prohibiting the exhibition of Prize .Fight Pictures and
prescribing punishment for the v.iolat ion thereof, and repealing
Ordinance No. 1563, passed and approved July 18th, 1910.
Be it ordained by the Ma and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1 Any, perso or persons who shall exhibit or cause to
be exhibited i,ty of sa ina, in any theatre, place of amusement
or other is ace, pictures ortraying any prize fight or pugilis-
tic., at,shall be guilty of.a sdemeanor and upon conviction there -
o ,, ��be fined in any sum not ex eding One Hundred Q100.00) Doll-
ara. r by imprisonment not exceeding. ixty (60) days in jail, or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
Sec. 2. Ordinance No. 1563, passed nd approved July 18, 1.910,
is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effe and be in force from and
after its publication once . in the Salina Even in Journal.

An Ordinance prohibiting the exhibition of Prize Fight Pictures and
prescribing punishment -for the violation thereof t and
.repealing Ordinance No. 1563, passed and approved July
18th, 1910.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. Any person or persons. who shall exhibit or cause
to be exhibited in the City of Salina, in any theatre, place of
amusement or other public place, pictures portraying any prize
fight or pugilistic combat, shall be guilty of.a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exeeeding
One Hundred Dollars (100.00), or by imprisonment not exceeding
sixty days in jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment,
Sec. 2. Ordinance No. 1563, passed and approved July 18,
1910 is hereby repealed. -
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in The Salina Evening Journal.
