Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. Any person or persons. who shall exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the City of Salina, in any theatre, place of amusement or other public place, pictures portraying any prize fight or pugilistic combat, shall be guilty of.a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exeeeding One Hundred Dollars (100.00), or by imprisonment not exceeding sixty days in jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment, Sec. 2. Ordinance No. 1563, passed and approved July 18, 1910 is hereby repealed. - Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in The Salina Evening Journal.
