( Published in the Salina Evening Journal September An ordinance making it a misdemeanor for any person to sign or give any fictitious name or address or any name or -address other than his true name and address for the purpose of securing the -delivery of any intoxicating liquor in the city of Salina, Kansas, and making it a misdemeanor for any person to deliver any intoxicating liquor to a person signing a'fictituous name or address, or any other name or address than his'own true name and address, if the Laws of the State of Kansas require that such person sign and give his true name and address. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. Any person who shall sign or give any � f ict it ious name or address, or, any other name and address than his true n�Lme and address, for the purpose of securing; the delivery of any intoxicating. -:liquor, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, and shall be imprisoned not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days. See. 2. Any person delivering any int oxicat ing liquor, in the City of Salina, Kansas, to a person signing or giving a fictitious name or address, or any name or address other than his true name or address, in contravention of the Laws of the State of Kansas, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, nor more than Five Hun- dred ($500.00.) Dollars, and shall be imprisoned not less than thirty (30) days, nor more than ninety (90) days. Sec. 3.
