That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof. Sec. 3. That the sum of Forty -Seven and 50/100 Dollars, ($47.50), be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: To L. H. Lyon, for constructing sidewalks• ------- $ 47.50 Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim, said scrip to be made payable fifteen (15) months from date and bearing no interest. 351 Sec. 5.
