An ordinance vacating a certain alley, in the city of Salina, Kansas.
City Salina:
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the of
Section 1. That the alley running east and west dividing Lots
Seven (7), Nine (9), Eleven (11), Thirteen (13), Fifteen (15), Seven-
teen (17) and Nineteen (19) on Republic Avenue from Lots Eight (8),
Ten (10), Twelve (12), Fourteen (14), Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18) and
Twenty (20) on Beloit Avenue, all in the grounds of the Kansas Wesley-
an University, an Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, be and said
alley above described is hereby vacated and discontinued as an alley
in said city.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall. take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal, and
The Board of Education of the City of Salina, shall pay for the pubs
licat ion thereof.
