An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.

Section 1. That the sum of kour Thousand Four Hundred Five Dol-
lars and 9/100 cents ($4,405.09) be and the -same is hereby appropriated
out of the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the pay-

Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claims mentioned . in Section One (1) hereof.
Sec. 3. That C1tjy Scrip in the sum of $2700,00, palpable within
ninety days from its date, with six per cent interest, be drawn .on the
City Treasurer in favor of Watts & Amerman, in payment of their claims
of this date, on account of paving Highland Avenue between Bond Street
and Republic avenue.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption.

Treasurer in favor of Watts & Amerman, in payment of their claims
of this date, on account of paving Highland Avenue between.Bond
Street and Republic avenue.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption.
