That C1tjy Scrip in the sum of $2700,00, palpable within ninety days from its date, with six per cent interest, be drawn .on the City Treasurer in favor of Watts & Amerman, in payment of their claims of this date, on account of paving Highland Avenue between Bond Street and Republic avenue.
