1835 Vacate Thirteenth StreetE� 1 1 ORDINANCE -NC. 1835. (;Published in the Salina Evening Journal April J. �;L - , 1915.) An ordinance vacating a certain portion of Thirteenth Street in the city of Salina, Kansas. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That that part of Thirteenth street, in the city of Salina, Kansas, lying between the south line of the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railway Company as the same will be when the main track of said company is re -located for entrance into and out of the new union station and a line fifty feet northwest measured at right angles with and parallel with the center line of the main track of the Union Pacific Railway Company, be and the same is hereby va- eated and discontinued as a street in said city. Sec 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal. Passed and approved, April 19th, 1915; V. E• Niquette�,, (SEAL) Mayor.
