An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-six
and 9/100 Dollars, ($5,256.09), be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the pay -
ment of the following claims;

Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the pay -
went of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-three
and 19100 Dollars, (4,363.19), be and the same is -hereby appropriated
out of any funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment
of the following claim:
To Eby Construction Company, for building sewers, ---------$4,363.19

Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three (3)
of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such
claim, said scrip to be made apyable in thirty days from .its date, and
bearing no interest.
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in forde from
and after its adoption.
