An ordinance providing for the re-appraisement of the preoperty
liable for assessment for the cost of paving, curbing and guttering Wal-
nut Street between the east line of Second street and the west end of
the bridge crossing the Smoky Hill River on said street; and repealing
Ordinance No. 1811, passed and approved December 21st, 1914.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: -
Section 1. That it is necessary and hereby ordered that a reap-
praisement of the property liable for the cost of paving, curbing, gut-
tering and excavating of the block on Walnut Street between the east line.
of Second Street and the west end of the' bridge crossing the Smoky Hill
river on said street; and that the Mayor appoint three householders and
appraisers to make a re-appraisement of such property.
Sec. 2. That such appraisers shall qualify and report the result of
their appraisement in the manner provided by law, and report such re -
suit on or before the next regular meeting of the mayor and Council.
Sec. 3. That Ordinance No. 1811, passed and.a pproved'December
21st, 1914, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in the Salina .Evening Journal.
