That strip for the amounts specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance, be drawn on *the City Treasurer for the payment of such claims, said scrip tobe issued on Scrip numbered 324 to 326, (inc.), to be made payable in sixty (60) days and bearing six per cent (6%) interest per annum, and on Scrip numbered 327 to 336 (int), said Scrip shall be made payable on demand, and bearing -no interest, and Scrip No. 337, shall be made payable on or before July 1st, 1915, and bearing no interest.
