An ordinance making an appropriation for.the payment of a cer-
tain claim.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the.sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of.the City Treasury, to Otto
Peterson, in -full payment to him of the balance due said Peterson from
the City of Salina for the building, construction and completion of the
Ash Street sewer.
See. 2. This ordinance . shall take effect grom_Jand after its
passage by the council and its approval by the mayor.
Passed October 19th, 1914.
