ORDINANCE . NO. 1788
(Published in the Salina Evening Journal August/j.1 . 1914)
An ordinance making a special assessment and levy of taxes for the
cutting of weeds on certain lots and parts of lots in the city of Salina,
Kansas, for the year 1914.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied a special tax for
the year 1914, in addition to the tax for general revenue and other pur-
poses fos said year, for the purpose of paying for the cutting of weeds
by the city of Salina, on the lots and parts of lots, and in the amounts
hereinafter described, viz:
