ORDINANCE NO. 1767.
An ordinance amending sub -section thirty-eight of Section Two of
Ordinance No. 1688, and repealing such sub -section of said section so
amended.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That.sub-section thirty-eight (38) of Section Two (2)
of Ordinance No. 1688 be amended so as to read as follows, viz:
"38. SUMMER THEATERS. Outdoor or summer theaters, or "air dome"
theaters, $30.00 per annum, and no license shall be issued for less than
one year".
Sec. 2. That sub -section thirty-eight (38) of Section Two (2) of
Ordinance No. 1688 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal
passed and approved May 25, 1914.
