That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the pay- ment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof. Sec. 3. That the sum of Thirty-five Hundred and No/100 (3500.00), Dollars, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in. the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following ,claim: To Otto Peterson, cash advanced on account of Ash St. sewer,$3500.00 Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn, on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim, said scrip to be made payable on demand and bearing no interest.
