An ordinance amending part of section one (1) of Ordinance No.
1746, passdd and approved February 16, 1914, and repealing such part
of such section one (1) so amended.
Beit ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the first paragraph of the description of prop-
erty to be vacated in and by section one (1) of Ordinance No. 1746 be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The street known as West street between the south line of South
street and the north line of`Morrison avenue and between the south line
of Morrison avenue and the north line of South Park addition.
Sec..2. That the following paragraph of original section one (1)
of Ordinance No. .1746, passed and approved February 16, 1914, is hereby
repealed, viz, "The street known asWbst street, running north and south
between the south line of South street and the north line of Morrison
avenue, and between the west side of Block one (1) .in Morrison's Sec-
ond_addition and the east line of the right of gray of the Missouri Pac-
ific railway, and between the. south line of Morrison avenue and the
north line of Washington avenue and the west line of Block one (1) in
Morrison's re -plat of part of Morrison's Third addition and the east
line of said right of way of the Missouri Pacific railway, said street
being 67.4 feet wide at the south line of Sduth street and 76.4 feet
wide at the south side of Morrison's. Third Addition."
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be inforce from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.

Be it ordained by the Mayor, and Ccuncilmnn of the city of Salina:
