(Published in the Salina Evening Journal January 9/19141.
An ordinance vacating a certain alley in the Grounds of the
Kansas Wesleyan University addition herein described.
Be it ordained by, the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the alley running north and south from Jewell
avenue to Kirwin avenue, between Santa Fe avenue and Highland avenue,
in the grounds of the Kansas Wesleyan University addition in and to
the city of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated, an-
nulled and discontinued as an alley in the city of Salina.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
Passed and approved January 19th, 1914.
