An ordinanc4 vacating a certain alley and a portion of another alley
in the city of Salina, Kansas.
Whereas,, the owners of Lot No. 17 and Lot No. 18, in Block Twelve.,
Pacific addition in and to the city of.Salina. have deeded to said city
the north
twenty
feet of
such
lots for an alley or driveway between
Ninth and
Tenth
stre«ts;
now,
therefore,,
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the citAT of Salina:
Section 1. That the twenty, -foot alley running east and west between
Ninth and Tenth streets in.Block Twelve (12), Pacific addition in and to
the city of Salina, Kansas, and the south one hundred.(100) feet of the
sixteen -foot alley running north and south between Woodland avenue. and

Grand avenue, in said Block No. 12, Pacific addition, be and,each said
alley')and portion of said alley above described are hereby vacated and
discontinued as an alley in said city.
Seca 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal, and the Board
of Education of the city of Salina shall pay for lune publication hereof.
