An ordinance opening and exter nding Tenth street in Pacific Addition.in
and to the City of alina., Kansas., from r_rand,avenue south a
- distance, of one hundred fifteen feet.

the owner of
the
west twenty

feet of Lot No.
One (1),
in Block No.
Twenty (20),
and
thw owner of
Lot
No. Eleven. (11:)
in Block
No. Nineteen (19), both in Pacific addition.in and to the City of Sa-
lina, Kansas, have deeided such part of lot and such lot to said city
for the purpose of opening and extending Tenth street in said addition
in said city; Now, therefore,,
Be it ordained by the mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section
1. That Tenth
street

is hereby opened--
and extended
from the south
line of
Grand
avenue
in said
city south a
distance of one hundred fifteen (115) feet; and that the following de --
scribed real estate is hereby appropriated. and dedicated for such exten-
sion and opening of said Tenth street aforesaid, that is to say: Commen-
cing at a point, on the south line of Grand avenue ten (10) feet west of
the northwest corner of Lot No. Two (2), in Block No.': -Twenty (20), in.
Pacific addition in and to the city of Salina, thence mest to the north
east corner of Lot No. 4Ten•, ° (1.0), in Block No. Nineteen (19), said
Pacific addition; thence south on the east line of said Lot No. 10, Block
19, one hundred fifteen (115) feet, thence east - to a point t9n (10)' feet
west of the so iithwe"st corner of Lot No. Two:.<.(2), Block No. Twnety (20),
Pacific addition., thence north to place of beginning.
