RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-4713
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BUILDING CODES
ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has established through Resolution
Number 88-4016, amended by Resolution Number 90-4160, a policy regarding
appointments and administration of the citizen boards system; and
WHEREAS, Section, 2(c) of Resolution Number 88-4016 calls for
appointments to be made by Resolution submitted by .the Mayor to the full City
Commission for. final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain citizens boards,
commissions and committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of
the City of Salina, Kansas are hereby appointed to the Building Codes
Advisory and Appeals- Board for the term indicated:
Gene Blaske, Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor, reappointed for
a 4 year term to February 28, 1998.
Randall G. Holm, Realtor, reappointed for a 4 year term to
February 28, 1998
Arno Rinas, Licensed Structural Engineer, reappointed for a 4 year
term to February 28, 1998.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 28th day of March, 1994.
