A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO THE ORIGINAL
AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 25, 1993 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND WILSON & COMPANY, ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS FOR
CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A NEW CHLORINE FACILITY AT THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
EIGHTY DOLLARS ($78,980).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest a supplemental agreement to the original agreement
dated January 25, 1993 between the City of Salina, Kansas and Wilson &
Company, Engineers & Architects for consulting engineering services related to
the construction of a new Chlorine Facility at the Water Treatment Plant in an
amount not to exceed seventy-eight thousand, nine hundred eighty dollars
($78,980).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
1st day of November, 1993.
