An ordinance appropriating the sw!l of $24,771. 5.3 in payment of the claim
of the Salina Water Works c omparV up to January 1, 19.13.
Be it, ordaine(�d by the Mayor and. Counc ilrnen of the City of -Salina:
Section 1. That the sten of Twenty-four thousand, se -ren hundred
seventy-anc,. dollars and fifty-three cents ($24,771-53) be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the city treas-
urer in full payment of all moneys due the Salina Water Works company
for hydrant rentals t.zp to the first day of January, 1913.
It is a condition of this ordinance that the Salina Water

terms and conditions of the resolution of even date herewith passed by
the mayor and c ounc il provid ing t he basis. of settlement of all. matters
in dispute; between the city of Salina and the said Salina. Water Works
company before the city, clerk is autliorized to pay the money hereby
appropriated to said water Works company.
Sec. 3
This ordinance shall take effect ,.end be in force from
and after its adoption.
