Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the city treasurer for the
payment of the claims Mentioned in Oction one hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sure of One Hundred Fifty Eight and 50/100
0158.50) Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
paving fund in the Aands of the city treasurer in payment of the
following claims:
To P.G.Wakenhut for services as city engineer..............$104.50
To H.S.Benjamin for services as paving inspector........... 54.00

Sec. 4. That the sum of Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety
Eight and 75/100 ($15698.75) Dollars be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated out of any funds in the hands of the city treasurer for
the payment of the following claim:
To the Kaw Paving Co. for paving & excavating Seventh street and Weil
Place................................ .....................;15bg8.75
on demand of $10 000.00
Sec. 5, That^"crip for the amount nspecified in section four
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of such

Sec. 7. That scrip for the amount specified in section.Six
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of such
claim, said scrip to be made payable on or before fifteen months from
date and drawing no interest.
..Sec. 8. This.ordinance shall take effect and'be in force from
and after its adoption.
