An ordinance vacatinga certain part of certain streets herein named:
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of-the.city of Salina:
Section 1. That that part of the intersection of Tenth street
and Washington avenue,. as'the same was laid out and existed prior to
the filing of Morrison ► s , Re -Plat of Part. of #ft Re -Plat
nof Morrison's
Third Addition east of Tenth street, in the city of Balina, described
as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point 325 feet south of the
southeast corner of Tenth street and Morrison avenue., .running thence
south fourteen (14) feet, thence east thirty,.eight (38) feet, thence
north fourteen (14) feet, thence west thirty-eight (38) feet to the
point of beginning, be and the same is hereby vacated as part of said
highway formed and made by the intersection of said.Tenth street and
Washington avenue; and that such ground as above.described, so
vacated as aforesaid., shall revert to the owner of and_.b-ecome a part
of Lot 12 in Block 16 of Morrison's Re -Plat of Part .of rye -Plat of
Part of Morrisons Third Addition
Aas the same -is now.l&&d out and
exists,
Sec, 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
