An ordinance ame✓ndiri section two (2) of Ordinance No. 1461, pbssed
and aaprovad Decersper 21, 1908, and. repealing such section tm so
amended.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Couincilpien of the. city of Salina:
Section 1. That section two (2) of Ordinance No. 1461 of the city
of Salina, passed and approved December 21, 1908, being an ordinance
entitled "an ordinance fixing the salaries of the �1� assistant
marshal and policemen of the city of Salina; prescribing their hours of
service and repealing Ordinances numbered 882, 94.0 and 1147," be and
such section two is hereby amended so as to read as follows, to -wit:
"Sec. 2. Said marshal shall receive as pay the semi of eidity�live
($85.00) dollars per month, payable at the end of each month, which
shall be id full compensation for x.11 services."
Sec. 2.. That original section t�rro of said" ordinance No.' -T4

hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall. take effect and be in force from and
after its publicat..ion once in the Salina Evening Journal.
