An Ordinance appropriating the sum of Thirty Five Hundred .($3500.00)
Dollars.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Nbction 1. That the sum of $3500.00 be and the same is heeby
appropriated out of the general fund 6f the'city treasury to the
Anderson Coupling & Fire Supply Company of Kansas City, Kansas, and
that an order be.drawn on the city treasurer therefor; Provided:
that $1750.00 of such amount shall be taken from the Fireman's
Relief Fund, which said sum the city of Salina hereby borrows from
said Fund, as provided by law and the ordinances of said city.
Sec. This ordinance shall take effect and.be in force frmm
and .after its adoption.
