NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows.
Section 1. The Annual Contributions Contract, hereto attached, is hereby
roved and accepted both as toiform.and substance and the Mayor/Chairman or

(6) copies on behalf of the PHA, and the City Clerk/Secretary is hereby
.horized and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the PHA on

Section 2. The General Despositary Agreement, substantially in the fo m

Resp ution, the same, unless the context shall indicate another or different
meaninor intent, shall be construed, and are intended to have meanings as

1. The Term "Resolution shall mean this Resolution.

2. All other terms used in this Resolution and which are
defined in the Contract shall have the respective meanings
ascribed thereto injthe Contract.

Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas and signed by the
