RESOLUTION NUMBER 3296
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDING THE URBAN
RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT, KANSAS R-29, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE THEREOF.
BE='=IT'RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a public hearing shall be held by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas,. in Room 200, City -County Building,
300 West Ash, Salina, Kansas, at 4:00 p.m. on the 8th day of November., 1976, to
consider amending the Urban Renewal Plan for the Northeast Industrial Park
Project, Kansas R-29.
Section 2. That the.City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
this public hearing by publishing notice thereof at least once a week for two
consecutive weeks immediately prior to the date of the hearing in the official
city newspaper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas, and
approved by the Mayor this 25th day of October, 1976.
