A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF THE EAST
SIDE OF BRANDAU ROAD FROM A POINT 898 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION FOUR (4), TOWNSHIP FIFTEEN (15) SOUTH,
RANGE THREE (3) WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, TO A POINT SIX HUNDRED
FEET (600') NORTH, AS A NO PARKING ZONE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 22-174 of the Salina Code, the
'City Manager is directed to install "No Parking" signs on the east side of
Brandau Road from a point 898 feet north of the south quarter corner of the
Southeast Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range
Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, to a point six hundred feet
(600') north.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and approved by the Mayor this
3rd day of May, 1976.
