A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SPEED LIMIT OF 30 M.P.H. ON OHIO STREET
FROM WAYNE AVENUE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH GREELEY AVENUE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Section 22-83 of
the Salina Code, the speed limit on Ohio Street from Mayne Avenue to Greeley
jAvenue shall be not more than 30 M.P.H. and the City Manager is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs giving notice thereof.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be effective upon the
installation of appropriate signs on Ohio Street designating the speed limit.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 7th
day of July, 1980.
