RESOLUTION NUMBER 3436
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 3206 IJHICH
PERTAINS TO THE LEASING OF MEMORIAL HALL AND THE EQUIPMENT LOCATED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, Memorial Hall has been designated as a Neighborhood Center
and with the construction of the Salina Bicentennial Center, it is no longer
necessary or desirable to lease Memorial Hall or the equipment located therein
to the general public.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is hereby determined to be the policy of the Board
of Commissioners that neither Memorial Hall nor the equipment located therein
will be.available for lease to the general public
Section 2. That Resolution Number 3206 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
25th day of June, 1979.
