RESOLUTION NUMBER 84-3703
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESTRICTED ACCESS TO SALINA
PRESBYTERIAN MANOR, INC. SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF.
BE IT.RESOLVED
by
the Governing Body
of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section
1. That the
restricted access to
Salina
Presbyterian
Manor, Inc. Subdivision
of
the
City of Salina
as indicated on the
plat thereof
which appears of record
in
the
Office of the
Register of Deeds of
Saline County,
Kansas, in Book A6 of Plats, Page 7, be amended so to allow one (1) thirty foot
(301) entrance to the following property:
Lot 1, Block 1, Salina Presbyterian Manor, Inc.
Subdivision of the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas
which the center Fine of said access shall be located 589.15 feet east of the
southwest corner of said Lot 1 so that it is centered on the new north -south
collector Markley Street.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
26th day of March, 1984.
