RESOLUTION NUMBER 86-3865
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR_ OR CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR (4) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT KC -7015.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor or City Manager of the City of Salina is
hereby authorized to execute Amendment Number Four (4) to the Annual
Contributions Contract, Contract Number KC -7015, between the City of Salina
and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Section 2. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the
Mayor this 10th day of November, 1986.
