RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3819
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE (3) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT KS -7015.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor or City Manager of the City of Salina is
hereby authorized to execute Amendment Number Three (3) to the Annual
Contributions Contract, Contract No. KC -7015, between the City of Salina and
I the Government.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
25th day of November, 1985.
