RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3804
1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF
PORTIONS OF ARMORY ROAD AS NO PARKING ZONES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section
1. That in accordance with the provisions
of
Article
20,
Chapter 8 of the
Kansas Statutes Annotated, the City Manager
is
directed
to
install "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of Armory Road from the west
right-of-way line of Broadway Boulevard to a point 200 feet west.
Section 2. That the provisions of this resolution shall be in effect
upon acoption of this resolution and upon the installation of the appropriate
signs or marking giving notice thereof.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
26th day of August, 1985.
