RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3796
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO (2) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT KC -7015.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor or City Manager of the City of. Salina is
hereby authorized to execute Amendment Number 2 to the Annual Contributions
Contract, Contract No. KC -7015, between the City of Salina and the
Government.
Section 2. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the
Mayor this 22nd day of July, 1985.
