RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3794
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF
THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA FE AVENUE AND IRON AVENUE TO ALLOW
LEFT TURNS DURING THE HOURS OF 6 P.M. to 6 A.M.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annoted the installation and marking of the
intersection of Santa Fe Avenue and Iron Avenue to allow left turns during the
hours of 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to implement the traffic control changes by causing the necessary signs to be
installed in accordance therewith.
Section w3:. That the provisions of this resolution shall be in effect
upon adoption of this resolution and upon the installation of the appropriate
signs or marking giving notice thereof.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
15th day of July, 1985.
