RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3793
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF
A TRUCK LOADING ZONE IN THE 200 BLOCK OF EAST ELM STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annoted the installation of a truck loading zone
in the 200 Block of East Elm is hereby approved for the tract of land described
as follows, to wit:
A portion of Elm Street located between Fourth Street and
Fifth Street, being more particulary described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the southeast corner . of Lot 47
on Fifth Street, Original Townsite, Salina, Kansas; thence
south along the west line of the alley between Fourth Street
and Fifth Street, extended, a distance of ten (10) feet;
thence west along a line parallel to the south line of said
Lot 47 a distance of twenty-seven (27) feet; thence north
parallel to the west line of said alley a distance of ten (10)
feet to the south line of said Lot 47; thence east along the
south line of said Lot 47 a distance of twenty-seven (27)
feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
15th day of July, 1985.
