RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3791
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE SALINA-SALINE COUNTY JOINT
BOARD OF HEALTH AS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF
THE CITY OF SALINA FOR APPEALS IN CONNECTION WITH ABATEMENT OF
NUISANCES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.
That the Salina -Saline County Joint
Board of Health
is
p
hereby designated as
the representative of the Governing
Body of the City
of
Salina, Kansas, to hear appeals from any order of the City to abate a nuisance
located on any property within the corporate limits of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
; Section 2. That the Salina -Saline County Joint Board of Health shall
designate one or
more
of its
employees to hear said appeals.
Section
3.
That
this resolution shall remain in full force and effect
until repealed or amended by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and singed by the Mayor this
1st day of July, 1985.
