RESOLUTION NUMBER 85-3755
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO
CAROL FELTON FOR SERVING AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY OF SALINA
FROM MARCH 15, 1945 TO JANUARY 11, 1985.
WHEREAS, during the period from March 15, 1945 to January 11, 1985
CAROL FELTON served as Truck Driver, Street Foreman, and Street
Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, CAROL FELTON has demonstrated invaluable and dedicated
service to the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, such service and dedication to his job and the interest of
the City of Salina are worthy of public recognition; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation
to CAROL FELTON for his dedicated and faithful service as Truck Driver, Street
Foreman and Street Superintendent of the Salina Street Department be and the
same is hereby entered upon the official records of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have this
resolution delivered to CAROL FELTON.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
7th day of January, 1985.
