RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-4040
A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NUMBERS
88-9233 AND 88-9295, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 87-3945.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, be
and the same . is hereby extended to include territory added to, taken into, and
made a part of said City under the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance Numbers
88-9233 and 88-9295, and that all land lying within the following described
boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits
defined as:
1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22) , Twenty-three (23) , Twenty-six
(26), Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen (14)
