RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-4038
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH _MID-CONTINENT ENGINEERS OF SALINA,
KANSAS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES TO PREPARE DETAILED
CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE OAKDALE BRIDGE,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($21,400).
I Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute an agreement with Mid -Continent Engineers of Salina, Kansas, for
engineering services to prepare detailed construction plans for the rehabilitation
of the Oakdale Bridge, in an amount not to exceed Twenty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars (21,400).
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of December, 1988.
