RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-4034
A RESOLUTION ADDING TO THE ESTABLISHED FEE TO BE CHARGED
TO USERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AREA; ADDING
TO RESOLUTION NUMBER 83-3654.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing body of .the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Section 34-34 of
the Salina Code, the following fees are hereby added to the established fee for
the use of said Solid Waste Disposal Area:

Section 2.
That
the fee to
be
charged for loads of rock, concrete
or
masonary products or
loads
consisting
of
more than twenty-five percent (25%)
of
rock, concrete or masonary products, shall be double the fees above established.
Section 3. That the above fees shall be added to already established
fees effective January 1, 1989.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of December, 1988.
