RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-4012
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF A PORTION OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES AND
ACCESS CONTROL.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk by
Falgers, Inc., petitioner, requesting the vacation of easement for roadway
purposes which exists on the east side of Lots One (1) and Nine (9) , Block C,
Park West Addition, and the vacation of access control, SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that the petition has been filed for
such vacation
of the
easement for roadway
purposes, and access control,
describing the
property
fully, and stating that
the petition will be presented to
the Governing
Body of
the City for a hearing
on October 10, 1988, and that at
such time and
place all
persons interested can
appear and be heard under the
petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
26th day of September, 1988.
