RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-4011
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF FIRST BANK AND
TRUST COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF TEMPORARY NOTE NUMBER 1,
SERIES PT -99 OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City of Salina on September 8,
1988 for the sale of Temporary Note Number 1, Series PT -99, in the amount of
Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($23,000), and
WHEREAS, First Bank and Trust Company submitted the low bid of
6.50% for the purchase of said temporary note, SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the. City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City of Salina, Kansas hereby accepts the low bid
of First Bank and Trust Company of 6.50% for the purchase of Temporary Note
Number 1, Series PT -99 of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
26th day of September, 1988.
