A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE
MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL
AID
IN FIRE
PROTECTION BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND
THE
CITY OF
McPHERSON, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,.
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Salina are
hereby authorized to execute an agreement for mutual aid in fire protection
between the City of Salina, Kansas and the City of McPherson, Kansas to secure
the advantages of mutual assistance firefighting and fire protection for each
party.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
7th day of March, 1988.
