A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONSENT
TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE(S) WITH COLLEGE PARK VILLAGE, LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to such Industrial Revenue Bond financing
arrangement the City of Salina, Kansas, is Landlord and College Park Village,
Limited Partnership, is Tenant under leases dated November 1, 1985
["Lease(s)"];
KANSAS:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized and directed to execute a
consent to the proposed collateral . assignment of the Lease(s) dated as of
November 1, 1987, between the City of Salina, Kansas, and College Park Village,
Limited Partnership.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
upon approval by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
20th day of August, 1987.

Retirement
Center -
Nursing Center Project) dated November 1, 1985,
in the
aggregate
principal
amount of $2,400,000; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to such Industrial Revenue Bond financing
arrangement the City of Salina, Kansas, is Landlord and College Park Village,
Limited Partnership, is Tenant under leases dated November 1, 1985
["Lease(s)"];
KANSAS:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
